A beautifully designed product

With this version of the DotAio, Dotmod's ambition was to create a product with an aesthetic that was as original as it was carefully designed. Although the DotAio V2 has a simple rectangular shape, it is made of anodised aluminium, has rounded corners, high quality finishings and is equipped with removable doors that are as soft as a peach skin. The result is a visually stunning product that is comfortable to hold.

In addition, the DotAio V2 features the brand logo on the bottom and a transparent drip tip for an aesthetically pleasing touch.

18650 battery, 75W maximum power and several operating modes

The DotAio V2 is powered by an 18650 battery (not included). A USB Type-C cable is included for charging. However, we recommend the use of an external battery charger.

As for the power, it is able to reach the not inconsiderable level of 75W. A chipset allows variations of 0.1W while several operating modes are offered :

• VW mode (variable power between 1 and 75W)
• TC mode (Ni, Ti, SS)
• Auto mode
• Stealth mode
• Bypass mode

If in auto mode, the power is determined automatically according to the installed coil, there is the possibility to choose between 4 power levels : very soft, soft, medium and hard.

Dotmod had the good idea to equip this model with a relatively discreet LCD screen positioned on the edge. The user will therefore be able to see several data, including the remaining battery level, the power, the coil value and the number of puffs. It should be noted that it is possible to change the display colour.

An internal atomizer

Inside the box is the DotAio V2 atomizer. A spring system makes it easy to remove. This atomizer has a capacity of 2.7 ml, is filled from the side and has an adjustable airflow located at the base so that the user can choose between an MTL and RDL draw. In addition, there is a slot that shows the amount of e-liquid remaining. But if the DotAio V2 atomizer is supplied, the user has the possibility to replace it with the original DotAio atomizer. And if the first accepts the DotAio V2 coils, the second is compatible with the DotAio coils. 2 coils are provided :

• A 0.3 ohm DotAio Mesh coil (25-40W)
• A DotAio Mesh coil of 0.7 ohm (14-20W)

Finally, 2 drip tips 510 are included in the package, one allowing an RDL draw, the other allowing an MTL draw. The user can choose his type of vape.

In fact, Dotmod has done well to satisfy the followers of the 1st version of the DotAio. Indeed, the accessories compatible with the 1st version are compatible with the 2nd. Therefore, there is still the possibility to use the DotAio RBA deck, which will delight the lovers of the rebuildable. They can also use the Atmizoo Tank Dotshell, another RBA deck.

So how can you not be seduced by what the DotAio V2 offers ? This product has everything to please so much that it is one of the flagships of the electronic cigarette. Users will be convinced.
